2. Start Saving with ZmartDeal.com

Go to ZmartDeal.com, check out our offers and make your choice. Add the selected items to your cart, click Checkout and complete the delivery and payment process. You can select items from multiple merchants, just add them to the cart before clicking the checkout. If you wish to send different items to different addresses, you have to place an order for each address.

3. Where You Can Use the Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

We currently offer only gift cards and gift certificates from local and national merchants located in Alberta, Canada. Gift cards & certificates from local merchants in Alberta can be used only locally, at the participating locations designated by the merchant. Those from national merchants can be used across Canada in the participating locations designated by the merchant. 4. Charges and Fees

There are no service fees for consumers. You pay only for the purchased items, plus shipping. Sign up free to get info on new and hot deals from ZmartDeal.com

5. Cart and Checkout

Start with a search by keyword or browse by category and select the items you want. Click on the product photo to check the product detail page and make sure you can use the gift cards/certificates you want in the area/city of your choice (participating locations). If yes, click on Add to Cart, on Checkout, and follow the instructions. That’s it, nice and easy!

6. Order Processing and Tracking

You can track you order status easily: click Your Account to access it and click on “Order History” to check the status of your orders. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are received. We send you a notification e-mail confirming you that your order has been shipped. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail, allow 2 - 5 business days for the order to arrive at the shipping address (Standard Mail). A tracking number for your package is available only for the Xpresspost shipping option. When ordering, please make sure that you provide us with a correct e-mail address and fix phone number including area code (no cell number). Your billing address must be your home address. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your order being delayed or cancelled.

Delivery is not available for week-end days and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. We send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped. Once you received the confirmation email, it takes 2-5 business days for the order to be delivered at the shipping address (Standard Mail). CanadaPost does not provide a tracking number for Standard Mail, therefore we can provide you with a tracking number only for the Xpresspost option in case of shipping delays. ZmartDeal is not responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect address information or misdirection by the carrier. Any costs for the re-shipping of returned packages are paid by the purchaser. However, if we have shipped you a wrong product by mistake, contact us immediately and we will fix the problem on our cost. See our Returns/Exchanges Policy for more details.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Gift Cards and gift certificates give you the freedom to buy whatever you want from a merchant. You don't get stucked with a product that you ordered and don't like. But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the supplier. Our merchants have agreed to accept and honor all gift cards and gift certificates sold by ZmartDeal same as cash, without restrictions, unless explicitly stated on the gift cards and gift certificates and/or on their product description page on this web site, and provide consumers with a refund for any unused balance in the form of cash, voucher or store value credit according to their policies and as required by law. If ZmartDeal has mistakenly shipped you a wrong product, please send it back to us and we will ship you the correct product on our cost as soon as we have received the wrong one from you.

9. Multiple Items and Addresses

One order can be send only to one shipping address. You can buy several gift cards & certificates to be shipped to one single address and you will be charged shipping only for one order. If you need to ship several items to different addresses, then you must place an order for each shipping address. Our suggestion: save money by having all gift certificates delivered directly to you for personal giving.

10. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates - Use and Restrictions

The gift cards and gift certificates we sell are no different than any other ones you buy. You can use them to buy goods and services from the issuing merchant. If you don’t use up the entire value at your first visit, you will receive a credit you can use at the next visit.

Some gift cards and gift certificates have restrictions related to validity time (expiration date), gratuity, purchase of alcohol, etc. ZmartDeal generally does not accept gift cards & gift certificates with an expiration date of less than one year from merchants (where applicable), but in most cases they have no expiry date. Please click the product photo to read the restrictions and validity status posted on the product detail page.

11. New Products and Services

12. Bulk and Corporate Deals
